    Payments terms: Irrevocable, Transferable and Revolving DLC at sight at loading port against complete sets of shipping documents.

    We do not issue SIF number until after SPA is signed.

    After we get LOI from you, we will proceed to issue Soft Offer (SO) and KYC documentation in which the buyer is required to filled KYC and sign the SO and return back to us which will then act as an ICPO. These documents will be send along side BCL, after confirmation of the above , the we will proceed to issue draft SPA for buyer review and ammendments.
